Green Life Massage Therapy has been serving Craigieburn and surrounding suburbs since December 2015. 

We pride ourselves on best assisting your health care needs whether it be cupping, remedial or relaxation. We do our best to make sure that all clients are satisfied with our service and feel rejuvenated and well rested after their massage.

Rachelle is the owner and operator of Green Life Massage Therapy, which has been in operation since December 2015. Studying at VFA in 2012 graduating with a Certificate IV and Diploma in Remedial Massage.

In Green Life’s short yet experienced year Rachelle has dealt with a vast array of clients and aliments, which have given her the tools and wisdom to further her knowledge and practices.

Rachelle has been dedicated to providing clients with the finest possible service and her aim has been to give people a better quality of life and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Green Life Massage Therapy prides itself on using Organic and Eco friendly practices and products.

Remedial Massage Therapy:

Known for its healing properties regarding aliments and injuries whether they are acute or chronic. Remedial massage targets issues such as; migraines/headaches, muscle aches and pains, lack of circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, stress relief among other things. Which improves your bodies overall functionality and wellbeing.

Relaxation Massage:

Relaxation massage is beneficial in helping to lower blood pressure, sleep more sound and decrease negative emotions such as depression and anxiety. Relaxation massage is a wholesome method for anyone that’s feeling exhausted and sluggish wanting to feel rested and revitalised.

Cupping Therapy:

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine, which has been used for thousands of years originating in Egypt. Cupping is a noninvasive method helping to vastly improve blood circulation, lower blood pressure and loosen muscles. It is a powerful healing tool, which works hand in hand with remedial massage.

These issues may stem from an injury that could have occurred during work as well has playing a sport ranging from tennis elbow, bulging discs, degenerative discs, arthritis, fibromyalgia and sciatic nerve pain.
